Vincent Bach Mouthpieces
We're pleased to announce that we are now including a Vincent Bach 7c mouthpiece with our HTR-335 student trumpet outfit. Vincent Bach has a long history as a mouthpiece manufacturer in the Unites States. We're sure that Bach mouthpieces will be a great addition for all of our student trumpet players.

Christmas Deliveries
If you are ordering after December 13, you should consider selecting either Priority Mail or Express Mail as your shipping option. The USPS deadline for Priority Mail for delivery before Christmas is December 20, and the deadline for USPS Express Mail is December 22 for areas near a major airport, December 21 for more rural areas. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas on orders placed after December 13 with our free shipping option.

PRO TEC Cases and Accessories

Same Day Shipping
As schools continue to open around the country, we're working hard to provide same day shipping on most orders in order to get our trumpets out and into the hands of eager students as quickly as possible.
Keep in mind that our standard free shipping option is UPS ground which takes a maximum of 5 days for delivery. We also offer USPS Priority Mail (about $20) and USPS Express Mail (about $40) as shipping options. Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days for delivery and Express is usually overnight, although it may take 2 days to rural areas.
You can select your preferred shipping method at the time you check out from our online store.

Rush Shipping
We're continuing to see lots of last minute orders from back-to-school season, especially from the southern states where many schools start this week. We're hearing from both parents who need a student trumpet for their child and Band Directors looking to outfit an entire trumpet section or fill their school trumpet rental inventories.
We'll continue to work hard to get shipments out on the same day that an order is placed. If you need rush shipping, just select it when you check out on our web store and we'll do our best to get your trumpet to you right away.

School Band Season Shipping
As the first day of school approaches, we're hearing from a lot of parents who need a student trumpet quickly in order to meet the start of school deadline. If you need a trumpet quickly, let us know.
Our standard free shipping option is 5 day UPS ground. When you checkout at our web store, you can also select USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) or USPS Express Mail Overnight. Depending on your location, the additional cost for Priority Mail shipping is usually about $20.00 and the cost for Express Mail is usually about $40.00.

Hetman Lubricants
We are excited to announce that we are now shipping all of our horns with a set of Hetman Professional Lubricants. These synthetic lubricants are far more expensive than conventional petroleum-based products, but we really like what they bring to our horns and think they're worth it. It is great to be able to match the right lubricant to the right job instead of trying to apply a one-size-fits-all approach with generic valve oil and slide grease. You also can really fine-tune the lubrication by combining the lubricants to get the perfect feel for each slide.
