We are normally able to ship your product within 2 working days of receipt of order. We will notify you if we are unable to meet the normal shipping time. Normal shipping is via UPS Ground, however we may use alternate shippers if necessary.

All orders must include a valid street address for delivery. We cannot accept PO Boxes as delivery addresses.

The free shipping offer applies only to orders placed via the web and shipped to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, or Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. We do not ship internationally.

1. Please contact us at: service@haydntrumpets.com for a return authorization number. We will forward you a return form with complete return instructions.
2. When we receive your shipment, we will credit your original credit card for the amount of the purchase, less our outbound shipping costs.
